Pil Hill Productions was founded in 1994 through the inspiration and mentoring of Trey; a renown producer/engineer in Chicago. Leroy Bowers, CEO and head producer of Pil Hill Productions, made it possible for local talent to perform at various venues throughout the states by incorporating his artistry into their works.
